Terms of Service

BLANK the spire ("the site", blankthespire.com) lets you generate custom classes for the game Slay the Spire 2 and play them via our companion mod. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

The service

• You describe a class; the site generates a playable class (cards, mechanics, art) and an import code. Generated content is AI-produced and provided as-is — quality and balance vary, and a generation may occasionally fail (failed token generations are automatically refunded).
• The mod and the site are fan-made and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Mega Crit. Slay the Spire is a trademark of its respective owner.
• You may use your generated classes freely, including sharing their import codes.

Tokens & donations

• Bringing your own API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or another supported provider) is free and unlimited: your provider bills you directly, and the key is used for that one request only.
• One token = one class generation with the "Use a token" option, which runs on our models. Tokens are received as a thank-you for donations (below).
• The site is donation-based. There is nothing to buy: the mod is free and open source, and every generated class is yours to use and share regardless of how it was generated. Donations are optional, one-time payments processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card details); Stripe's card processing fee is shown separately and added to the amount charged. As a thank-you, each donation adds tokens to your balance: $3 adds 2, $5 adds 4, $10 adds 10, and a custom amount of $11 or more (whole dollars, up to $500) adds one token per dollar. I will keep trying to make this more efficient!
• Tokens are not currency, have no cash value outside the site, are non-transferable, and may not be resold. Donations are support for the project, not purchases of goods or services.

Refund policy

• If a token generation fails, the token is refunded to your balance automatically.
• Donations are refundable within 14 days on request — contact support from the email on your account. Refunds are for the full amount charged, including the card processing fee. A refunded donation's still-unspent thank-you tokens are removed from your balance.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Acceptable use

• Don't abuse the service (automated bulk generation, attempts to bypass token accounting, probing other users' data, or disrupting the site).
• Don't submit prompts intended to produce hateful or unlawful content.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; unspent thank-you tokens on a suspended account are refunded on request unless the suspension is for payment abuse.

Disclaimers

• The site and mod are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. This is an early, actively developed project — features may change and downtime may occur.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
